We do not undertake hardware repairs or component upgrades but if we diagnose your issue as hardware related then we can provide guidance on repair options.

| Trip charge for on-site visit | $25 per visit |
| An on-site visit incurs the trip charge plus the appropriate session fees for time spent on-site. | e.g. up to 1 hr onsite is 2 x $35 plus $25 = $95 |
